Welcome to our Farnsworth location, where children grow through play, learning, and connection in a warm, welcoming environment. We offer age-specific classrooms designed to support each stage of development—from infants to school-age children. Our caring staff, engaging curriculum, and structured routines help every child feel safe, confident, and excited to learn each day.

Lollipop Land Child Care's Infant Care & Learning Program has been developed to incorporate daily sensory and motor excesses in addition to taking care of feeding and napping needs. Although infants do not follow a pre-set schedule to their individual needs, our teachers spend 30 to 60 minutes every day on cognitive development time interacting with each infant with different exercises.

At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Our toddler rooms allow the toddler to move and explore their world. Crawling, walking and eventually running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Our caregivers are dedicated in helping each child develop these skills through a trusting and loving relationship.

At this age, children are more coordinated and begin to explore their world with greater curiosity and confidence. Preschoolers learn through play and teacher-led small group activities. They start to engage with peers, form friendships, enjoy pretend play, and show increased independence.
Daily activities include art, reading centers, discovery stations, blocks, dress-up, cooking, outdoor play, and more. Our preschoolers participate in small group instruction that supports social, emotional, physical, and language development. Children ages 3–4 attend a 3-day-a-week preschool program, while 4–5-year-olds participate in a 4-day-a-week program, both thoughtfully integrated into their classroom routines.

At Lollipop Land Child Care we provide a safe, fun place for your elementary age child to gain more independence. Jefferson School District 251 provides bussing to and from all elementary schools. We provide homework assistance as well as children are provided a variety of learning experiences such as outdoor play, cooking, dramatic play, art and science. Our program offers our families the peace of mind that their children are kept safe, inspired to learn and constructively engaged between the end of the school day and when parents return from work.
Our Pleasant location offers the same high-quality care in a more intimate setting, with smaller classrooms and closer age groupings to support more individualized attention. This environment allows for stronger teacher-child connections and smoother developmental transitions as children grow. Families love the close-knit feel and personalized care that make Pleasant a special place to learn and thrive.
